Go to any pharmacy and get some Betadine. If you are unsure
what that is ask the pharmacist. It is very cheap.

Take an old toothbrush and hold her upright over the sink
so the betadine does not run into her face and eyes. Squirt
a little onto the shell and use the toothbrush to GENTLY clean
the shell concentrating on those areas. Do this for a couple
of minutes and then rinse the shell well with warm tap water.
After that dry dock her in a warm place for about 1 hour. I
would do this one time in the morning and one time in the
late afternoon. Make sure you keep the turtles water very clean.
Do this for a week or so and post again so we can take a look.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Ok, Thanks Linda G.. I guess out of the 13 almost 14 years I've had them.. this is the only thing that has been a problem.
