What is the difference between Aru, Biak and all of the other localities. How can you tell with a baby?

There are subtle differences, sometimes. Unless you have some sort of collection data from when it (or it's parents) were collected, hatched in captivity with locale data, or whatever, it may be impossible to tell for sure. It's easier (for me, anyway) to make an educated guess with an adult.
