introducing the 2 females to one another again

CCappy175598 Jan 03, 2004 09:42 PM

well im trying it again. im really scared that they wont get along. they are still juvis but are the same size. last time i tried i thought that maybe they wouldn't get along so i chickend out and seperated them. im trying again. do you think they would fight to the death or anything like that or fight at all. they dont seem to mind one another. when they are in the huts together they kinda act wierd like sometimes one will go on its tippy toes and do some sort of territorial thing. im scared to leave them alone without watching. what are the best things i can do?

Firstly, I'm no expert.
Now, they could physically could fight to the death, but I think It's a bit rare, since they are females, and they are only babes! My best advice would be to introduce them, but when you have a few hours to watch them on and off. I Know it can be nerveracking, but they would need days or weeks to adjust properly. They could nip at each other a little, but soon enough they'll all be sleeping on top of one another. Just try to wait it out, be patient, and keep a good eye on them.
