I purchased a female redtail boa in may of 2003. It was a baby measureing around 21 inches. All of the information that i have read has told me that redtails grow quickly reaching 3-4 feet in their first year. My boa eats normally, is as active as boas are, stays in a habitat that is both large enough and kept at the proper temp and humidity levels. She does have problems sometimes with not wanting to poop, but not very often. I was wondering if someone could tell me why my boa has not grown very much if at all and what I should do to get her to grow or if she is normal. thanks
