Does anyone know a good site that I can order frozen mice and rats from that isnt very exspensive, and shipping costs are low

Go to the Classifieds forum, then look under feeders. There are several dealers in there. Also, if you look in the back of any copy of Reptiles Magazine, there are many dealers listed there. You normally can get good prices on the mice and rats from just about any of the dealers, where you have to be careful is shipping. Generally, you are better off to get two or three or more people to go in together on a larger order....up to a certain point. Most of the dealers use a carrier like UPS overnight. If the order is large enough, you might be better off to use an Air Freight service and pick up the shipment at the airport.
What you can do for small orders if you are just ordering pinkies or smaller animals like mice is call the dealer and find out what the weight limit is on the minimum order, then find out what's the most pinkies and mice you can fit into that minimum shipping order and order that amount.
Most dealers offer some pretty significant price breaks on orders of 500 or more of a particular size. For instance, pinkies might be 18 cents each in orders of 500 or less, and 15 cents each in orders of 500 or more. Some dealers offer vacuum packing which will greatly extend the shelf life.
Where you run into trouble with shipping costs is with larger rats and rabbits and such.
