now i am hearing that the 49 ft retic python is actually a very disapointing 21 feet!!

i was on the reticulated python forum the other day (not sure if true) however, if so its a true disapointment. supposedly it was measured after a broker offered 1 mill on a snake over 30 ft, and it actuallyt only measured 21 feet. of course we will probably never here any updates on the news about, dj

The Urban Legends Reference Page (www.snopes.com) has picked up the story and declared it false. There IS a big snake, but it appears that it's length and weight were greatly exaggerated.
