The Knob is the only Kingsnake that I have. He was sold to me as a male. He is a great and really tame guy. I have lots of cornsnakes and sexing them is quite easy by observing the shape of the tail. Can the same be done for the Kingsnake?

Sometimes, but it is not always reliable unless you have several examples of both sexes available to look at or you have some experience with them. The best bet is always probing IMHO.
