Congratulations on your hatchlings! It is not a small accomplishment to get to the point where you are at now.
Every person that I have spoken to, and all that I have read while preparing to raise chondros myself suggest to keep baby chonodros each in their own shoebox rubbermaid in a rack type system. Feeding neonate chondros and getting them to become established well eating babies is THE challenge that even the seasoned breeders don't look forward to. They have very little body mass and should have temperatures maintained very carefully for them. Glass enclosures would not be suitable for neonates.
Keep them from drying out, they will have their first shed in just over a week and it's important that they have a good first shed to help with a good start.
www.chondroweb.com is a great site I'd head over there asap and check out the links to Gregs Fine Green Tree Python site. Read all the faqs that you can. The answers to most of your questions are already there!
Best wishes with your new babies!
