I'm no moss expert but it looks as though you have two types of moss present in those photos. The top photo is kinda blurry but it looks like some kind of sphagnum moss. The other photo looks like some type of pillow moss (possibly tropical?) also known as cushion moss. They definately look healthy. Hope I helped.
