What light?

ex_action_figure Jan 04, 2004 10:54 PM

What light should I use for pillow moss?
and what plants can I get that can go with this light?
I might order it from hellolights.com or just buy it from a fish store I just need to know what to go with

I have used regular fluorescents and they give light but I have found that the best light is power compacts, they can be purchased at pet stores and online, just look around. They are more expensive but are really worth your money. They boost plant growth and you frogs look awesome under them. Try searching this forum for other things about lights before you post, we have had many posts about lights, thanks!

I figured it would be Power compacts I have a Nano-reef so I know a little about them

what I need to now is how many watts? I want to base the lights on what the Moss needs first then the other plants around that.
