mould - opinoins please

hi all

ive got some mould in my tank on a branch.

the branch was washed before entering thetank, and its been in ther tank now about hmmm 1 week.

the mould is turquoise in colour seems to be pritty fast growing too

looks different to the white mould i have thats normal apparently for new vivs) the vivs been in action about 2 weeks now

I have some of this mold pop up now and then on a grapvine branch in one of my vivs. It seems to go through cycles of rapid growth followed by a month or so of dormancy. It's never caused any harm to my frogs (from what I can tell), so I wouldn't worry too much about it. In fact, I kind of like having a good about of fungus and mold growing in my vivs, since it seems to attract fungus gnats, which my Cobalt LOVE!
