` Why are so many people voting against a venomoid forum? Do they think that because they're against it, it should be suppressed? It doesn't seem to me that it would compete with any other forums already running.
` I am not sure if I like the idea of surgically altered animals. On the other hand, my dogs and cats are surgically altered.

It is interesting that there would be a significant number of people who don't want the forum... at all. You would think that a "venomoid forum" would give the anti-venomoids a platform to "educate" those who aren't against owning a venomoid. It's not just a venomoid forum ONLY for those who have or agree with venomoids... Right? This confuses me.

I don't know if there is a voting thing somewhere on this site... but I would be all for a venomoid forum. Who knows; maybe people on BOTH sides of the issue would learn something.

I agree. Personally I don't know what I think about it, but would appreciate a forum that would allow me the opportunity to learn more so that I can make my own decision as to my feelings on the issue.

Thanks dfr, I didn't see that there.

When I voted there were 331 "yes" votes. There were more "no" votes... but it seems like "331" yes votes should be enough to justify the addition of a venomoid forum. Do you know if it is a majority decision thing, or are the kingsnake folk just trying to get a feel of the pro versus con popularity prior to making the decision. I hope its the latter.

` I don't know what their plans are. It certainly does provide the opportunity for more folks to be kicked off the forums. It's too bad that some folks can't argue without getting mean. I think that it's much harder to object to another's opinion without getting nasty. It makes you think harder.
