retf care

can someone give me an estimate of how much harder it is to keep a retf then it is to keep a wtf. do retf need UVB???

Which one os the more complex to care for depends on a few things. If you have no experience keeping herps, if you don't have much time to devote to maintaining the tank everyday, and if you want a frog that you can observe while it's on the prowl, than you should get a Whites. Whites will not mind your presence when its time to feed, and they are typically more hearty than RETFs. Keep in mind that no matter what you see in pictures or in caresheets, Whites are NOT a "hands on" frog. No amphibian is. They should not be handled to amuse friends or because they "like" sitting on your shoulder while your on the computer. I'll provide you a link and you can see which one suits your lifestyle at this point. I personally reccommend Whites for first timers, they are very rewarding to keep and amusing to watch. Remember that you can always start off with a Whites and move up to Red Eyeds later.
