veiled get crix 7 days a week, silkies 1 time a week, and wax worms 1-2 times a week

dwarf chams get crix 7 days a week, wax works 1-2 times a week, and (if i can ever find them) mealies 1-2 times a week

they are expensive and cost a buck a piece - i want to order my next bug from online, but my dad said he rather pay the dollar each then try online shopping - he only eats 2 a week, but net week we are going to try some butter worms (1$) or super worms ($0.25) - i wthink ordering online would be your best bet though, because you can get the worms at a huge reduced price over online stores

online is the way to go i am about to purchase my first 500 pack of crickets, i dont care if i half of them die off or they get to big for my chams, i will have still saved alot of money over my local pet store.

i think its about a dollar for a dozen smalls, my panther eats about 15 smalls a day and the veilded eats about 8-10, plus i have 2 crested geckos that also eat the smalls

http://komodoreptiles.com/
and reptiledepot.com both have cheap crickets

I bought mine from ebay for $8.99/100 $5.00 shipping. There were approx 1.5" and in great cond. The seller even threw in a bag of leaves. There are none for sale at the present. I think the seller is someone on this list.
