are these rat snakes?

i was told that these are albino rats, can anyone tell me for sure? Also how hard are they to bred?

Look more like albino Gophersnakes (Pituophis) to me.

I agree. Hard to tell from that pic, but most likely Pituophis. The ratsnakes are all shaped like a loaf of bread rather than being round in cross-section.
