Can someone tell me whats going on with my RETF?

This is the same guy I posted pics on in November, that I got from the Reptile Show in Philly, the one with 3 feet.
I recently noticed, that he has something black by his mouth and front foot. Almost like a "rot" look. Its not affecting him in his appetite or motions. In fact, he's more jumpier now. I attached a picture so maybe someone can let me know.

looks like he has an infection I would take to him to the vet immediatly.
