Around here...in the Stanislaus County in the Central Valley, California, they passed a law that required petstores give out caresheet on the animals that are being sold to the customers...this way the animals will get the proper care, and won't die. I don't know about you, but some petshops' caresheet is rediculous. I'm not sure if this only apply my county or the entire California. i think New York city passed this law, also.

I live in Salinas, Ca. (central coast) and the law is the same here. I also find it funny that the caresheet is pretty basic and usually not very acurate. I just sign the form and go on.
