I have a Beardie who occassionally digs in the corner of her cage. Twice I have noticed and taken her out and put her in another container with a mound of sand. Then she just stops and stares around.
She has not laid eggs and has not done it again for about a month now. Does the digging always mean pregnancy?

Mine too. He loves to dig! I am transitioning to shelf liner and I have to get him a bran box because I would feel bad if he couldn't dig anymore. BTW he always does it in a corner.
