Small terrarium rack plans

I am going to need a few small terrariums for some dart frogs. I would like to set them up in multi tank units. Each tank will need to be atleast 10 gallons. I was wondering if anyone has made rack or something simular to this. Each cage will need to be fitted with a drain and a mister. Any tips or advice would be very helpful!
