brewers yeast

I accedently got Brewers yeast in tabs do you think it would be safe just to crush them up and use them as normal?

Sure why not... It's the same thing. You could dissolve it first if u want.

If you are talking about brewer's yeast being used in FF medium, then definitely it will be okay.

FF larvae feed off of yeast by-products, and the brewer's yeast added just gives your culture a "jump start" until the active yeast you added gets "churned" by the larvae.

The easiest way, if those tabs dissolve, would be to add them to a little water and add it in with your vinegar/water solution.
