Rack system

Shlacon Jan 06, 2004 05:05 PM

Hey guys I am thinking about building a rack system to hold all my tanks. I havent built anything like this before so I was looking for someone with a lil experiance to point me in the right direction. it will be for about 6, 15 gallon tanks with a drainage and misting system. Any idea or points would help alot!
Thanks in advance
Jamie

Since no one has replyed I will try a little.

I have not built one yet, but have looked at a number of pictures and plan to build one in the near future.

Walmart, lowes, and home depot sell 3-4 shelf metal shelves, that can hold a lot of weight. You could use one of these or build one out of 2x4's.

Check out Saurian.com Patrick put together a really nice rack(I wouldn't really call it that though-its too nice). He has about 5 pages of pictures, descriptions that I'm sure you will love to get ideas from. Its his Pumilio rack.
