I avoid big distributors. Minus NERD he has a nice shop and gets some of his dragons from me so I have a prejudice. Lots of big distributors buy large lots of animals from any joe schmoe. A lot of time sight unseen. They will buy dragons the day they hatch before they have fed. I know this from experience. These dragons are then housed improperly, some on cypress mulch. And not fed or misted as much as they should. Very rarely given vegetables. Just what I have seen from a big distributor near me. You get what you pay for when you buy a $20-30 dragon. Just my insight. Distributors will tell you anything to make a sale.

Reptiledepot has a bad reputation for customer satisfaction. Pretty much meaning they don't follow through when something comes up. I placed an order of both dry goods and live animals with them and I asked that the animals not be sent until I received the goods. Well, I received the animals the following tuesday and the goods 4 weeks later.
