I would get the little 1/2 inch ones and i have access to a mulberry tree...allthoug there probably isnt many leaves now...but i only would need like 500 so they wouldnt eat that much if they stay little. So basically all i need to no is can a 7 inch beardie eat 1/2 inch silkies with no problem???

just use the same rule you would use for feeding crickets. no bigger that the space between the eyes. 1/2 inch should be fine

A silkie is soft and there is no exosceleton. Just give him something you think he can get down. I've fed my dragon when she was 10", 2" silkies with no problems whatsoever. I probably wouldn't make a habit of it because it seems like it would be similar to us eating a bigmac in one bite but 1" long silkies should be just fine. That's my experience with 2 dragons that have been on silkies for 4 months now.
