about temper strain

is temper only in albinos
vms says lv albino pat. not genetical crossable with temper why
My friend got two blizz 66% het for blazing blizz 1.1 can he do it???

There are genetically different strains of albino, cased by different mutations: Tremper, Las Vegas/Rainwater, and Bell. Mate any two frim different starins and you will not get albinos, but double hets.
