What does everyone do for heat at night?

oogieboogie Jan 07, 2004 02:52 AM

Do most of you use a night time heat lamp for your dragons? Or can you just turn off their lights completely and let them be at room temp?

Currently at night i just turn the lights off and let them sleep at room temp (around 72).

So what temps does everyone keep them at night?

Your night-time temp sounds just fine, and there's no need for additional heating. Beardies like it to be cooler at night, and I've heard that temps down towards 60 are acceptable when they're sleeping. In other words, just turn off the lights and let your beardie enjoy the darkness and coolness of the night
