strange perching behavior..should i be worried?

i have a 6 month old manacawari who seems to be perching in a strange way....instead of coiling like they normally do,iv been finding him kinda perched like in knots,its kinda hard to explain but its not typical behavior that i have seen..he just seems all twisted,its not all the time but a good percentage of the time lately,does anyone see this in their snakes??
