Young dragons need a higher percentage of protein in their diet so they can grow. The young dragons that will eat pellets get them on a daily basis. And the young dragons that will not eat pellets get as many crickets as they can eat in a 5 - 10 minute period twice a day. I always offer all of my dragons a daily salad, no matter what their age is. My adult dragons get less protein because they are no longer growing. I put pellets in their salads every other day and give them a few superworms/waxworms/silkworms twice a week as a treat.

Depends on the age of the dragon. In 'Your Bearded Dragon's Life' by Liz Palika it lists the following percentages:

Babies (up to 4 months old)
60% insects
25% calcium rick greens (collard grees, mustard greens, dandelion greens etc)
10% other vegetables (alfalfa, broccoli, grated squash, zucchine etc)
5% other foods (whole grains cereals, whole grain beard, commercial bearded dragon food, tofu)

Juveniles (4months to adulthood0:
50% insect food
30% calcium rick greens
10% other vegetables
105 other foods

Adults

50% insects
30% calcium rich greens
10% other vegetables
10% other foods

Personally though I think adults should have less insect foods than indicated in Liz's book, especially after about 2 years of age. I would go about 20% insects, 60% calcium rich greens, 10% other vegetables and 10% other foods.
For females I would stick with Liz's adult food percentages though, as they need more protein before, during and after clutching.
