I got one a little while back. He still hasn't changed coloration, but I'm eagerly awaiting it. Yours looks great.

Why do you say that baby white sided changed color?

Well, he's still pinkish with that brown speckled back. As they get older, the pink turns to white and the brown will develop into that black stripe down the back. I don't know how old mine is, but he's still very young.
