She wont let me pick her up at all, she opens her mouth as to bite me...lol! What do I do now that shes shedding if skin gets caught between her toes?

Did you just get your gecko?
If so leave,him/her alone for a week or so besides feeding and let it settle in then try again.

If she's sheding i wouldn't bother her. If she bites it doesn't hurt. Mine will bite occassionaly its ok. They usualy calm after you held them for a min.
