I got mine from Stephen Emerick of Napa Valley Snakes. He is a real cool guy and has a great reputation. Keep in mind it is practically impossible to validate a "true" Cape anymore, most honest breeders will tell you that. It seems to have taken on the Okeetee standard..........meaning Corn snakes that resemble those of that famous region are called Okeetee phase.......... So Spotteds leaning towards the Cape York local are often called Capes. I have also seen normal Spotteds online that look very much like the Capes yet they were priced as Normal Spots? The story goes something along the lines of how it has been decades since they could be legally imported from Australia and not many people can trace theres back to any of the founding stock. I even asked the Barkers and they were unsure of where theres ended up after they sold the adults. I looked long and hard for mine. Harford Breeding Center had a clutch go bad this year and Isis Reptiles has some now. I would contact Steve first, his site is listed on the Breeders section. Tom
