I am such an overeacter.....

I don't know if anyone remember I posted about one of my gravid females being sick or maybe eggbound a few days ago.
Well she is fine thank goodness, BUt I wasted over $100.
I was worried about her because after she layed a single egg the next day she looked really bad eyes shut constantly, not interested in food, very dark, etc. Well I took her to the vet and they had no clue, gave me baytril(which i didn't give), and some food replacement thing even though she is 65 grams.
Well she shed the day after I went her color came back and I got a good look in her eyes and the problem was she got some of the substrate for the lay box in her eyes while she was digging around. So it was makeing her squeeze her eyes shut and act odd.
Well with the stuff out of her eyes she looks much better and opens her eyes. I would think the vet should have figured out something like this, his only coment about the eyes was she could be dehydrated which I really doughted. SIgh, i think I will try and take the medicine back.
thanks for listening, lol. I just needed to get that out.

Thats ok. I could be overeacting about my leo to. People tend to do things like that when they love there animals. You can see my story a couple posts down. So did she just lay that one egg??

Yeah, i just got really worried by the way she was acting.
Yes she only layed one egg, but it was larger and her first clutch, so it isn't too uncommon for her to lay just one.

I have a very skittish gecko and i worry about everything. I'm alot more stressed out than she is. For the past two months, I stress about the smallest things that turn out to be nothing, heh. It cannot be helped.
