I came home tonight to discover that my female Honduran had popped out a lone egg. How long should the entire procedure take? I'm guessing a couple hours tops? I have no idea.

if all goes well you'll PROBABLY find her done in the morning, but it could take the rest of the day.
I'm assuming that first egg is a good-looking egg, and that she's gone 8 or 9 days at least since shedding. Sometimes a female will pass her bad eggs early, one to five or six days after shedding, but keep the good ones to lay on schedule. So if the egg you describe is spongy and discolored and she's only gone 3-4 days, then no, you probably won't find the rest of the clutch soon--or, at least, you hope you won't: In that instance, you'd want to hope she WON'T lay again for 3-4 days, or until that 8th to 10th day after shed.
let us know what happens.

Well, today is the ninth day and she's dropped one more in the time since I first posted. The first one was a bit oddly shaped (very tapered at one end), and the colouring was rather er.. uneven? but then, this is my first time doing all this business, so what do I know?
I'll try to get some pictures up in the morning. Hopefully of a nice little clutch.

She dropped one more egg this morning before I left for work, making a total of five. But since then (around noon), she hasn't gotten the last few (two?) out. But they are ALL the way down by the cloaca, so hopefully she'll finish up tonight...?
