I reccomend just ordering crickets and dusting them with calcium w/ d3.. It will give them the exo-skeleton, the calcium, the d3.. plus whatever else there is lol

calcium w/ d3 is that made by repcal? and what one would it be ?

Also i thought of one thing i read that they can get respitory infections with wrong temps and wrong humidty what is the right humidty level?

The calcium used by the majority is Rep cal calcium with D3 Phosphorous free. I buy the ultra fine. They have it on Reptile direct's site.

Yes, wrong temps and humidity levels can cause problems. Also, make sure your cage is not in a draft or near a heater / AC vent.
