So what do you do when...

so I just walked in my room getting back from work at 10:30, and when I turn the light on to my room, my sleeping beardie wakes up and eats 3crix that were roaming around here cage. Keep in mind that she has been sleeping for almost 3hrs and her body temp is like 70F. Should I turn her heat lamps on for 30mins or so and throw her schedule off or should I just let her be and maybe throw them up in the morning?

Not sure about your actual question, but you should definitly make sure that no crickets are roaming around in your beardies cage after lights-out. They can disturb and stress your beardie, and even chew on it while it's sleeping, causing wounds and infections. The safest thing to do is feed your beardie in a separate cage.
