Man, I look at fish all the time (I breed tropical fish... don't have the $$ for a pair of balls yet) and my friends make fun of me for looking at fish porn. Wonder what they'd think if I showed them the vast number of photos of pythons in the act!! LOL

If we were dog breeders, and this was a dog forum, I would
think that it is very strange if people posted pics of their
dogs 'in action'. Are snakes just different, or are we all
just really strange???

Well,

All us fish people love to post photos of our bettas "in the act" however, I must say betta spawning is much more interesting than ball python courtship. The pythons don't tear each other up, build nests, or take care of the babies.

I just thought it was funny that everyone was so willing to share mating photos, and couldn't help but sharing when I wondered how my sorority sisters would react. Lets not find out, shall we? They think I'm nuts as it is.

You'll never look at the "action" shots the same way again. LOL

I had actually never seen this courtship, so I (for one) have learned quite a bit!
