Humidty and calcium w d3

i have see so many different things for humidity level so im asking you were should it be at?

and i was told to get calcium with d3 in a recent post about gutload is this made by rep-cal and what one is it ?

I don't know the numbers for humidity levels, but I know it should be low. Maybe someone else can give you a more exact answer.

As far as the calcium with D3, I have some made by Rep-Cal. It's a white container with a pink label.
