Is there such thing as a ghost leopard gecko?

ew1074 Jan 08, 2004 01:21 PM

My friend told me he knows someone with a gecko that they are calling a ghost. It is a hypo snow. I've never heard of it. Do they exist?

Here's a link to a picture that Steve from E2macpets has of one, which he purchased from K&N . . .

I don't see why not. In cornsnakes, ghosts are hypomelanistic anerythristics, which is pretty much a hypo snow in leo terms.

I have a "ghost" I purchased from K&N. Monte already posted a link to it on my web page, where I still call it a ghost but disclose exactly what it is- a dominant hypo pastel/snow line animal.

Amazingly unique looking animal. Look for some very unique offspring later this year, most won't be for sale but I certainly will be showing off if all goes well!

Anything more that you'd like to know, please ask.
