loyski Jan 08, 2004 06:40 PM

Hello,
I just wanted to let people know that in a local reptile shop here in south florida, Ben Siegel reptiles, they have a HUGE Arg. Tegu that is very sweet. I am surprised he hasnt found a home yet, and they are selling him cheap. If anybody is interested, let me know, or contact them directly.
Thanks

i was looking into it but i think all they have is the male red (i love em but i wanna get another b&w), if they have an adult b&w i might be interested. that male looks nice, does he look as good as the pic and how friendly is he? thanks, justin

The Tegu they have is a Full grown Argentine B&W. Puppy dog tame, i walk in there and pet it and it is soooo cool.
They also have a whole bunch of albino tegus in stock. Their website is www.albinonile.com
Hope it helps
Loyski

I have seen this animal and he is defiantly as tame as they say. If I had more room I would pick him up. I don't think you could ask for more.

you live in sarasota? they have one there at their new location. i saw him last week. he seems cool. i wish i could get him but 2 tegus would be way too much work. unless i could house him with my female blue?

The Store in deerfield has him. He is sitting in the huge display in the front window. The guys are there are cool, they let him walk around and answered all my questions.

Actually the Sarasota big guy was moved to the Deerfield Beach location with the other one. Apparently they where raised together and for 2 big males they get along great. I was at their shop today and asked them to let me handle them. They are both great, whish I had the room for one or both.
