Do flowers and leaves have the same level of nutrition? np

I believe that flowers have more nutrition. They are also easier to digest. Leaves, flowers, roots, seeds/fruits. I believe that is the order, from least to most, in terms of the nutrition found in plants, GENERALLY speaking.
