Frequency of winter feedings?

How often do you all feed your adult BTS in the winter? I'm noticing Indigo isn't necessarily eating every day. He doesn't appear to have lost or gained weight recently. I feed him about 1/4-1/2 cup of a varied diet every day. Should I cut down to every other day or so, instead of every day? If so, should I take the food out at the end of the feeding day
