I do not thinks so, the way I understand it they are genetically the same. Some albinos have more red than others. Some breeders have through selective breeding produced albinos that have alot of red(ie a sunglow)

Red albino is just a descriptive name for an amelanistic. They have no black..so they are red-albino...
But, I believe Anerythristic is also a form of albinism, so would be called I guess black-albino (no red)

Most people don't call anery's albino though, so generally, when you hear albino, they are referring to the red variety. But I would make sure before buying one labeled albino which form they mean if you haven't seen it...just incase they mean anery or snow or blizzard or.....lol

Isn't albinism any animal lacking normal pigmentation? If this is true any morph lacking red, black, or yellow could be called albino. Wow, I've never thought of it that way. I'm sure I'm totally off here. I call anything with red eyes albino.
