This is one of the strangest snake related things that has happened to me yet and I feel the need to share.
I was at UPS the other day shipping out some Victoria Secret stuff my wife didn’t want. I thought to myself ask about prices for shipping reptile supplies. Well I asked and the man at the counter replied "you just want to ship supplies?" I told him that "I have a delta account to ship reptiles since UPS won’t do it, but delta is too costly for shipping supplies". The man told me to wait a minute and went into the back room. He came out with his manager. I got a little scared thinking he was going to red flag me and stop all further shipments of mine. The manager asked what kind of reptiles I wanted to ship. I told her baby non-venomous snakes. She told me I could ship through them, but it had to be overnight shipping, and the box needed to be labeled live non-venomous reptile.
How crazy is that. It is such a nightmare to ship snakes and all of a sudden, UPS asks for me to use them instead of Delta.
Woohoo, now just as long as this isn’t all a dream, I think I'm set. For all of you having shipping difficulties, don’t call the shipping company because they will tell you NO. Go in and ask, they might just tell you OK.

Yeah I get the same thing from UPS. It depends on who you talk to. I have found it is alot easier to ship if you have your own account and print out your own label.

They tend to hassle you less when you do that.
