Question for NJ breeders!! important, please read!!

I just need to know if breeders have to have a pet shop permit to sell the baby geckos...I didn't think leos needed to have a permit until yesterday, so I was just going to go ahead and get the hobby permit...but then I was looking at stuff and saw that the pet shop permit is just selling animals retail... I do want to breed my leos and sell the babies...but I'm only going to have 5 adults (3 of them aren't even breeding size yet...so really not adults yet). I don't want to pay a hundred dollars for the pet shop permit though! I'd really appreciate any advice on this one!!!!!

For now you can just get the $10/yr hobby permit, which allows you to have as many as you want on one permit. However, as soon as you start to sell them, you will need an Animal Dealer permit which is $100/yr. For more info you can contact:
