Sexing House Geckos

How do you sex House Geckos? I know they have fermoral and preanal pores, but where are they located, what do they look like?

Ethan,
The pores are located at the vent. The vent is the area at the base of the tail, by the hind legs, and is where feces come out at. The pores will go diagonally from above the vent up to the hind legs. I am sure you could find an example if you typed in femoral pores on a search engine. They look small pores, some have a waxy appearance to them. Males have more noticeable pores.
