What is a fru-fru

I searched google, I searched the old forums and I searched yahoo and still cant find an explanation but every now and then I see someone talking about fru-frus.

. . . just something I made up a couple years ago to describe anything that's without spots or strips. Hypo tangs - albinos, PA, etc. are all lumped under the "fru-fru" label.

Think of a clipped poodle with ribbon's in their fur.

for poodles anyway. I think it's spelt that way... I think it's a French term.
