Herpin,

relax my young friend those aniamls are out of animals I bought from one of the best locale breers in the nation and I explicitly trust him and his animals. I got probally 30 emails form others that are very fimilar with Kankaees bulls that verified that this guys aniamls were legit and therefore the offspring of them are too. Past that I am not going to get back into this stuff again. It gives me heartburn and I come here ot enjoy myself. If you are in any way dissattisfied with your animals contact me via email and we will arrange for full reimbursement and return of the animals.

No worrie,

I am 100% satisfied with my animals. Plus the female is loose in the house because of our cat. The male is getting huge and is feeding on 2rat pups every week. I was just interested in what those people thought that the snake was. I am very happy with my bulls and was even thinking about a pair of red northern pines of lubbock bulls from you in the spring.

That really sucks on your female. I hope you find her. At the least oppurtune time is usually when a loose one shows up. As in when the preacher or a snakephobic aunt is visting. But then again that keeps life jumping fi you can stand that pun. LOL

Stay In touch,

I need to add a story on a particular escaped snake many years ago. Although I and then we have kept reptiles for many years. We have had only three escapes that lasted for any given period of time. One involved a dumerils boa that was found coiled around a hot water pipe one week later. Another time concerned a newly purchased rack system that had a flaw leaving an escape route for several hatchling albino nelsoni. Our cats brought all but one of the five escapees back to us over the course of 24 hours.

This last escape story involved an adult male speckled kingsnake from south of their range (if I could find more like these today I would). This guy was truly Houdini. We still can not figure out how he made an escape out of his last sweater box. Anyway, escape he did. At this time though all the herps were kept in a room I thought escape proof as well, yet we could not turn up his new residence. About 6 months down the line I was awakened by a loud scream about 4:30 one morning. My wife still somewhat sleepy went to the rest room. She was very surprised to have our missing snake find her bottom as she was about to relinquish some excess waste. After the shock affect subsided (both sides that is) I could not help but blow out in full laughter which made future snake keeping a little difficult for a short spell.

That is funny, heres one related to me by a good friend. His newly acquired wife who disliked snakes had been assured before marriage that the snakes were in an escape proof room and in escape proof cages. (I am still searching for this cage). Anyway he was sound asleep one night and his wife kept getting closer and closer to him, until she was finally nearly on top of him. He woke up and started stoking her face and she was slow to wake up. Eventually she awoke and screamed. Seems as she was not being amorous but was moving away from something cold in her side of the bed. It seems a 4 1/2 florida king had gotten loose made it out of the open door of the snake room and made its way to the warmest spot it could find "the bed with the electic blanket". Needless to say the man got a new snake house in the back yard and all snakes were relegated to the "Snake House".
He was even allowed to start sleeping back in his bed after a couple of days on the couch.

Not a bad deal really he kept the wife, got a new snake house and found his king all in one fell swoope. As a side note that was 15 years ago and she now even helps him with the snakes so it was a win for everyone concerned. We laugh about the story everytime we this couple and tease her about stressing out the poor king.
