Male might've been feeling in the mood and did it with your female. I'd take her to a vet to get that wound cleaned up (looks swolled from the pics). I don't think it would be a good idea to put any sort of neosporin or medicine on it right now, since she might lick it and eat some of it, but I dunno how bad it is to eat neosporin for a gecko.

Feed the female more than usual the next couple days, maybe a live pinkie mouse or two if she'll eat them, and always provide calcium powder in a dish. If she does have eggs and lays, you don't want her to get egg bound and die.

You might actually get a pair (or more) of babies from the result of this, I hope you're ready. Good luck.

There isnt much you can do. Neosporin on the cut will help. Just keep her away from the others obviously, and give it time to heal.

Also can she eat alright?

I don't really know if she can eat... quite conserned about it... but I hope she can, haven't tried yet

the thing is I was hoping to get some babies now... but I don't whant her near the others for i while. but maybe she is pregnant now

she is in a great condition by the way, and has eaten alot the last weeks, and have a fat tail,

I'm conserned about the wound.. I mean, I think she vill have this "whole" in her mouth for a long time.. or forever

the male have practically ripped her lipp of!!!
but I don't think it will get infected, will keep an eye on her, she have moved to a sterile cage now.

my dam male!!!
he almost cut my other female's tail last year... but I did get 20 babies from them...

I'd put a lttle neosporin on the underside where she won't lick it, and dab the part by her mouth with hydrogen peroxide 3X a day to kil any bacteria and help prevent infection, Maybe just a little thin application of neosporin there today, not too much as you don't want her licking up gobs of the stuff.

Hard to tell from the pics, but if that area is swollen, or starts to swell, I would consider a vet visit. If there are no signs of swelling or infection home care will probably be best, reduce stress as much as possible and give her some provate time. She should be okay...I've seen worse damage by males during mating posted here- on female I saw posted here had a huge bloody gash on he head.
