Bath for baby iggy

Well today I gave my baby iguana its 1st bath and I was expecting a struggle BUT to my shock as soon as I put it in there with water temp at 92F it just say there didnt move and actually floated a tiny bit .... but he didnt move and nothing, what is going on ?? is that normal ? he looked like he was shocked/amazed or whatever ....

When I got my baby (she was around 3 month) she did that the 1st few times i gave her a bath. She always played what i used call "dead". She basically did that every time someone was around but once she got used to her environment and routine and us she stopped doing that.
