They should do just fine together.
Hey there, One day a while back I purchased two rattlesnakes, a Mojave and a Cane. Since I only had room for one of them that day I put them together till I could get a new enclosure. Well I got a new enclosure but I also got more snakes, so to make a long story short they have been together for almost two years now. I have also combined other rattlesnakes both short and long term and I have never had a problem with them hurting each other. One thing to keep in mind is that if they are not eating they should be seperated to see if they are stressing each other out. Rubers are typically this way as are sidewinders, but Mojaves and wdb's are both usually trouble free!
You shouldnt experience any problems. I currently have a enclosure thats about 4'L x 2'D that houses a adult Mojave and a near 4' WDB, i even have a Cerastes in there. I have other enclosures that have Tiger/Specks, Blacktail/Cerb mixtures. I like to keep different species of similar habitat together. i have never experienced problems, like that of keeping constrictors together. I have had problems with newborns together in the same tanks. Seems when theres a big group, they are new to the world extra nervous and snippy, and ive had them strike at each other.
