Feeding Box Turtle?

Can anyone recommend a good place to get feeders for box worms, and what kind of variety we should be offering?

I have found Tess Cook's website to be loaded with valuable information concerning all things boxturtle. She has some excellent feeding guidelines that are easy to follow, and offers tips on feeding finicky eaters, etc.
Read everything thoroughly and you should come away with a good sense of what these creatures need in order to thrive.
